tapio —Digital infrastructure with just ONE login.
Since the last HOLZ-HANDWERK, tapio has grown strongly and is now active around the globe with customers in more than 35 countries. While Europe remains the strong base of tapio, America and Asia are growing strongly and benefiting from the new reseller system.
The variety of applications has also increased significantly (from three to more than 20) and now includes use cases that cover the entire process chain. tapio customers use four licenses on average, which shows that the mix meets the needs of customers. With a very low churn rate of less than 15%, it is clear that the tapio partners and tapio are on the right track.
tapio's activities are increasingly focused on connecting various partners, allowing the customer to interact seamlessly between the different worlds. Therefore, at HOLZ-HANDWERK, tapio presents itself as an open ecosystem of the wood industry — integrated at partner stands and especially at HOMAG. The "Digital Experience Path" found there presents the application examples from the digital workshop in a self-explanatory way. The examples are brought to life on the basis of the clever tapio structure. Visitors to the trade fair can experience firsthand how digital applications can be combined with the artisanal work in the carpentry/joinery: On the one hand at the touchpoints, and on the other hand because the digital solutions are presented live on HOMAG machines. With regard to tapio, the focus will be on two digital products that have a number of new features to offer. There are new functionalities and designs to discover around the twinio digital tool management. The tapio team will also present how communication is solved digitally in the event of a machine service and which new features simplify the work process in the workshop.
