NEW DESIGN, NEXT GENERATION. The Makor NEXT TWO automatic twin arm panel reciprocating spraying machine is newly designed spray cabin for the medium level production. With similar features of the larger CM80 series machine. The NEXT TWO spray solution is the perfect fit for medium level production lines and higher quality application from “entry level” machines. The NEXT serie is available in Single and Twim arm configuration. Paper, Recover and Hybrid transport systems.

Highlights

Pressurized spray cabin with intake and exhaust fans controlled via VFD. Spray cabin is pressurized via top and side curtain walls.

Newly design filter bins where the filter surface is recessed blow the spraying table keeps the spraying zone clear of debris. Removable exhaust bins make changing filters easy and ergonomic.

Paper transport system with vacuum. Easy start up, clean up. Approx. 3000 lineal meter with single roll.

High precision part readying bar 2D. 128 photocells read the working width of the spray bed. Only spray where the parts are detected.
