Solid construction features cast iron machine base with four (4) heavy-duty jack screws to ensure precise and vibration-free performance.

Cast iron table, heat-treated and precision[1]ground to ensure the greatest rigidity and stability
during intense cutting operations.

Control panels feature the digital controller withkey pad entry for table positioning, as well as controls for power, cutter head and speed feed adjustment, electronic table elevation, and an emergency stop.

Bed roller adjustments feature quick set-up from 0.0” to 0.5” as well as the raise and lowering lever for smooth feed rates.

Variable feed speed controls from 19 – 39 FPM are located on the upper side panel for operator convenience.

Achieve a higher chip removal rate, superior surface finishing, and lower noise levels with Ironwood’s spiral cutter head, featuring 6 rows of carbide inserts.
